CondoPyme Privacy Policy
Version 1 · Effective from [PENDIENTE fecha de publicación]
[PENDIENTE aprobación legal]
This policy explains what personal data CondoPyme processes, what for, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can exercise your rights. It is meant to be read in full: if anything is unclear, write to us at contacto@condopyme.com.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Condo Pyme S.A., with its address at Oroño 319, Rosario, Argentina.
Contact for anything related to your personal data: contacto@condopyme.com.
2. Who this policy applies to
It applies to:
- The CondoPyme app, in its Android, iOS and web versions.
- The website www.condopyme.com.
And to these people:
- Account holders: company managers, company members and investors. Accounts are created by invitation only.
- Visitors, suppliers and contacts that a company enters in the app to authorise their entry to the premises, even if they have no account.
- People who write to us through the enquiry form on the website.
If you enter another person's data in the app (for example, a visitor or a supplier), we ask you to let them know that you did so and why.
3. What data we process
Your account data

- Email address.
- Phone number (optional).
- ID document number (optional).
- Password. We store only an encrypted version: we cannot read it.
- Chosen language and the last company or profile you used.
- An internal user identifier and, if you are a company member, your QR-code credential for entering the premises.
Entries to and exits from the premises
- The record of each entry and exit: date, time, access point, direction, method of entry, companions and the guard who recorded it.
- Vehicle licence plates.
Visitors, suppliers and contacts entered by a company
- Name, ID document number, phone number, email address, licence plate and companions.
- Documents attached by the company or by the visitor, such as proof of insurance.
Bookings of shared spaces

Building fees, charges and payments
- The items, amounts, due dates and status of each company's or owner's building fees and charges.
- The payments you report to us: payment method, amount, date and the receipt you upload (image or PDF).
The app does not process payments: it does not ask for or store card or bank account details.
Incidents
- The title and description of what you report, and the photos you attach.
Parcels
- Parcels received for your company: courier, tracking code, description, who received it and when it was handed over.
Investor data

Security and audit
- A sign-in log, which includes your email address and IP address.
- A log of the actions carried out by management.
Enquiries from the website
- The name, email address and reason for the enquiry that you fill in on the form.
Photos and files. The app accesses a photo or a file on your device only when you choose to attach it.
What we do not process. CondoPyme does not access your location, your contacts or your microphone. It does not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, or biometric data.
4. What we use it for
- Giving you access to the app: creating your account, recognising you when you sign in and showing you the information of your company or your units.
- Controlling access to the premises and keeping them secure: validating your credential, authorising visitors and suppliers, and keeping the record of entries and exits.
- Managing bookings of shared spaces.
- Settling building fees and charges, and recording the payments you report to us.
- Handling incidents and managing parcels.
- Keeping you informed: notices from management and notifications, if you turn them on.
- Showing investors the status of their units, contracts and valuations.
- Answering enquiries received through the website.
- Complying with legal obligations, in particular the obligation to keep accounting records and their supporting documents.
- Preventing and resolving security problems, and keeping a record of who did what.
We process your data because it is necessary to provide the service that you or your company have with CondoPyme. Argentine Law No. 25,326 (section 5) requires the data subject's consent, except in the cases the law itself exempts, among them when the data arises from a contractual relationship and is necessary to perform it.
Name and email address are mandatory: without them we cannot create your account. Phone number, ID document number, notifications, photos and files are optional; not providing them does not prevent you from using the app, although some features (such as receiving notices on your phone) will not work.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you based on it.
5. Who we share it with
Within CondoPyme
- The condominium's management sees the information needed to operate: companies, users, access records, bookings, building fees and payments.
- The security guards see your name, your ID document and your company when validating your credential, and the data of authorised visitors.
- Your company manager sees the members of their company and the company's activity (access records, bookings, building fees).
Providers that process data on our behalf
These are companies that provide us with a technical service. They may use the data only to provide that service (Law No. 25,326, section 25).
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| Hostinger | Hosts the server where the app's database and files are stored |
| Cloudflare | Manages the domain, protects the connection to the server and hosts the web version of the app |
| Vercel | Hosts the website www.condopyme.com |
| Zoho | Provides the company's email service |
| The notification services of Google, Apple and your browser's vendor | Deliver notifications to your device, if you turned them on |
| The lock system provider | Receives the access code and the time slot of a booking. It does not receive your name or any other personal data |
Authorities. We hand over data to a public authority when a law or a court order requires us to.
We do not share your data with anyone else.
6. Where it is hosted
The app's database and files are on a server rented from Hostinger, located in Brazil. Using CondoPyme therefore involves an international transfer of personal data from Argentina to Brazil. Law No. 25,326 governs these transfers in its section 12. By accepting your invitation and creating your account, you accept this transfer.
In addition, the providers listed in section 5 may process data on servers located outside Argentina.
7. How long we keep it
We keep each piece of data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was obtained for and, after that, for the period the law requires us to keep it. Once that period ends, we delete it or make it anonymous (Law No. 25,326, section 4).
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| Email address, phone number, password and account preferences | While your account exists. They are deleted the moment you delete the account |
| Notification identifier | Until you turn notifications off or delete your account |
| Building fees, charges, reported payments, receipts and contracts | 10 years (proposed). The Argentine Civil and Commercial Code (section 328) requires accounting records and their supporting documents to be kept for that period |
| Unit ownership, valuations and proposals | For as long as the ownership lasts and 10 more years (proposed), for the same reason |
| Entries to and exits from the premises, authorised visits, visitor and supplier data, and licence plates | 3 years from each record (proposed). This is the time during which a claim may be filed for an event that took place on the premises |
| Bookings | 3 years (proposed). Those that generated a charge, 10 years, as supporting evidence for that charge |
| Incidents and parcels | 3 years (proposed) |
| History of notifications sent | 1 year (proposed) |
| Log of management actions | 5 years (proposed) |
| Sign-in log (email address and IP address) | 1 year (proposed). If you delete your account, it is erased immediately |
| Technical logs on our providers' servers | Up to 90 days (proposed) |
| Enquiries from the website | 2 years from the enquiry (proposed), or earlier if you ask us to delete it |
Your name and ID document after deleting the account. They remain only within the records in the table above in which they already appeared (for example, an entry to the premises or a receipt), and they are deleted or made anonymous together with those records.
8. Your rights and how to exercise them
As the data subject, Law No. 25,326 grants you these rights:
- Access (section 14). You may ask us to tell you what data we hold about you. We reply within 10 calendar days of receiving your request.
- Rectification and updating (section 16). You may ask us to correct or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete. We do so within 5 business days of receiving your request.
- Deletion (section 16). You may ask us to delete your data, within the same period of 5 business days. The law provides that deletion does not apply where there is a legal obligation to keep the data or where deleting it would harm the rights of other people: that is why the accounting history and the access history are kept for the periods set out in section 7.
- Confidentiality (section 16). You may ask for a piece of data to be kept confidential.
Exercising these rights is free of charge (section 19).
How to exercise them. Write to us at contacto@condopyme.com from your account's email address, telling us what you need. If you write from a different address, or if you have no account, we will ask you to prove your identity before replying.
In addition, without writing to us, you can:
- Delete your account from the app (section 9).
- Turn notifications on or off from your Profile.
The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access to their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Agency for Access to Public Information), in its capacity as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to hear complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection rules in force.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app: Profile → Delete my account ("Perfil → Eliminar mi cuenta"). Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
When you delete it:
- Deleted: your email address, your phone number, your password, your sessions on all devices, your notification identifier and your sign-in log.
- Switched off: your access. You stop being an active member of your company and your credential stops working.
- Kept: your name and ID document within the access history and the payment history, which we are required to keep, for the periods set out in section 7.
The step-by-step instructions, and how to request deletion if you do not have the app, are in Delete account.
10. Security
- Communication between your device and our servers is encrypted.
- Passwords are stored irreversibly encrypted.
- The files you upload (receipts, photos, documents) are stored in a private space: they can only be opened through a temporary link generated for someone who has permission.
- Each user sees only the information of their own company or their own units.
No system is infallible. If you notice a security problem, write to us at contacto@condopyme.com.
11. Minors
CondoPyme is a tool for businesses and is not aimed at people under 18. We do not create accounts for minors.
12. Changes to this policy and effective date
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this same page, with its effective date. If the change is significant, we also notify you within the app.
