Delete your CondoPyme account

This page explains how to delete your account in the CondoPyme app, by Condo Pyme S.A., and what happens to your data when you do.
How to delete it
From the app
- Open CondoPyme and sign in with your email address and password.
- Tap Profile ("Perfil").
- Tap Delete my account ("Eliminar mi cuenta"), at the bottom of the screen.
- Read what is deleted, tick "I understand this cannot be undone" ("Entiendo que no se puede deshacer") and confirm.
By email
If you cannot sign in to your account, write to us at contacto@condopyme.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Delete account". We delete it within 5 business days of receiving your request (Law No. 25,326, section 16) and let you know once it is done.
What is deleted
Immediately, and with no possibility of recovery:
- Your email address and phone number.
- Your password and your sessions on all devices.
- Your notification identifier.
- Your sign-in log.
In addition, your access is switched off: you stop being an active member of your company and your credential stops working.
What is kept, and for how long
We are required to keep the accounting history and the history of access to the premises. For that reason, your name and your ID document number remain only within the records in which they already appeared:

Once the period ends, those records are deleted or made anonymous. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Before you delete it, bear in mind
- It cannot be undone. To use CondoPyme again you will need a new invitation.
- If you are a company manager, the company is left without a manager until management appoints someone else. The company, its members, its contracts and its building fees do not change.
- If you are an investor, your units and contracts do not change: you simply stop seeing them in the app.
- The bookings and visits you entered remain in force: they belong to your company.
